How can I pay? 

We accept only wire bank SWIFT (WU, MoneyGram) and Bitcoin or Ethereum.

When you are using WU or MG it is a simple money transfer. You are just sending your funds from your location to another one. All the info you need is the Name, Last name, City and country of the receiver. This information is enough to make a transfer.

You will get current payment details onto your email immediately after you place an order. You'll also have to fill in your information, please don't be afraid to fill all the info is required from you, the WU or MG transfers are not trackable as the CC ones it is much safer, just tell them that it is a donation or you are sending money to your friend or relative.

Do not protect your transfer with a secret question, fill in only the necessary fields.

Do you accept PayPal?

No, now we currently do not accept PayPal. All questions regarding Paypal will be ignored.


Western Union blocked my payment. What shall I do?


Unfortunately such things happen. You can take your money back and resend payment after negotiation with us.

IMPORTANT: Using Western Union and other similar services as payment way you shall use your real name and ID information to be sure you will be able to withdraw your funds in case of any issues. Otherwise we take no responsibility for loss of your funds.


I paid through Western Union to the name received immediately after i placed my order. Later I checked the payment data and the name changed. Is it ok?


Yes, this is ok. We change names all the time to avoid blocking of our receivers by Western Union. Your payment will be picked up and you don`t need to resend your payment to the new name.


How much time do I have to get payment?

Once you have placed an order, you will have 5 days to make a payment and submit the payment information into your account. If you fail to do so, your order will be automatically deleted after 5 days.

Where can I find the payment info?

After you placed an order you will receive an e-mail order confirmation, which will include your order number, specification of your order and order total as well as payment info.

From where do you ship?

We ship from the territory of Europe.

How long does it take after the payment to receive my order?

We send your package within 2-3 days after the payment (rarely – more than 3 days). Delivery service time – 7-10 days (in rare cases and during the period of postal overloads — up to 3-4 weeks or more).So, you will get your package after 7-10 days after the payment, or up to 20 days in rare cases.

After the package is sent we provide you tracking number.

We use Regular Post and EMS to deliver products.

What is your shipping price?

The price of delivery by Regular Post is 30$, EMS - depends on your region, minimum 50$.

How can I track my order?

You will get tracking number in a 3 days after we send your order. All packages have an individual tracking number.

Please do not ask us for for a tracking number, before the given timing to provide the tracking number is exceeded. After we receive the tracking number we will immediately send it to you. Please have patience to wait some days for the tracking number.

Your tracking number might be active several days later, that is normal. Your package will be delivered within the given time frame.

What is your packaging?

We pack your order in discreet envelope to prevent customs seizure.

Do you keep HGH cool during shipping?

We cannot use any ways of cooling like thermo boxes, because they make package heavier and much more expensive to ship (100-200 $ instead of 30 $).
Secondly, thermo box attracts extra attention from customs and increases risks of seizure. Thirdly, all available ways of cooling works for just 1-2 days.
But you don’t have to worry about your HGH state during shipping.

All of our products are produced using freeze-drying technology and vacuum packaging. It allows them to be stored for 3 weeks outside the fridge without any destruction of the somatropin structure.

What is your reship policy?

Although we have very high success rate of delivery (close to 100%), your package may be seized. It does not depends on us. The issue is that about 90% of packages go through customs control without strict control. The rest 10% have more detailed control and these parcels may be seized. Statistics is that 3-5 parcels of 1000 are seized.

We reship seized packages 100% once free of charge.In case a package gets seized you need to send us the seizure letter, if the seizure is not clear understandable from the tracking status.

If the package is returned to the sender as the receiver is not available, we do not reship, neither refund.

Unclaimed packages are not reshipped.

We are not responsible for the wrong address specified by the customer.

Please double check the information you submit to us. We shall not be liable for any misdelivery due to inaccurate information. If any wrong information or mistakes in receiver?s address are provided then the mistake is not our responsibility. We assure you that all necessary information in its entirety is accurately forwarded to the postal service.

Can I cancel the order after payment?

Order cancellations after the payment has been processed are not accepted. We do not refund funds for any reasons including but not restricted to the following cases:

  • you paid for your order, but changed your mind
  • your order has been seized

I received my order but you forgot to put some items

When you have received your package, you are obligated to take video of the unpacking process to be used as evidence in the event of any issue or dispute. Without this documentation we will not be liable for any complaints (missing or damaged items, etc.); this is because without proof we are not able to determine whether a complaint is legitimate or if, in an attempt to scam us, it was staged and did not occur until after the package was received.
